Booking Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring clarity for all our guests.
Standard Cancellation Terms
Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation between 14 to 29 days before arrival: 10% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation between 3 to 13 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 3 days of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged; no refund will be provided.
Important Notes
Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Peak Season Policy: During peak seasons and holidays, a non-refundable policy may apply. Please check at the time of booking.
Modification Requests: Any changes to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings without prior notice. In such events, alternative options or refunds will be provided as deemed appropriate.
